The fungus is actually a network of filaments that grow in and around the plant root cells, forming a mass that extends considerably beyond the plant’s root system. This makes the plant stronger and more resistant to stress. Mycorrhizae even protect their host plant against unwanted pathogens.

Directions for Use

To create a mycorrhizal liquid suspension, mix at a rate of 1 teaspoon of dry product per each 1 gallon of liquid (multiply as necessary for larger applications). Apply as a drench or as a deep root injection. For maximum results, repeat application every 10-14 days.

If being used as a powder for “dusting” the roots, apply the dry contents of this package directly to the root mass, and transplant as normal.
